Strategic Management Centre supports corporate executives in solving strategic dilemmas by helping them to take a critical look at their strategic intentions, and to select the appropriate interventions to ensure implementation.
 
 
 

The SMC partners are sparring partners for the coprorate executive. They do not use standard approaches, but deliver tailor-made support. They engage the client in finding solutions.
